Located in the Sotillo de la Ribera pàramo (a neotropical high mountain biome), this wine benefits from the sandy loam soils and limestone bottoms, giving freshness and minerality to taste. The wine is fermented with natural yeast, with a cold maceration for 5 days. It is aged for 8 months on lees, giving rich flavours.
