Jaros Ribera Del Duero 2020
Named after the winery itself Jaros is made from solely from estate grown tinto fino grapes, then aged in a mix of new and 2nd use (after use for Chafandín or Sed de Cana) 300l French oak for 17 months. Pound for pound winner. Bold, ripe fruits complimented by smoke, cedar and a hint of vanilla. Fine grained smooth tannins make it extremely versatile with food but also make it a corker on its own.
