Mallorca Distillery Palma Spiced Gin
The unique flavour profile is created by ageing our original Gin recipe in Mallorcan oak barrels which had previously stored local organic red wine. Whilst it rests, we add fragrant spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, and cloves in stages. The result is a complex and full-flavoured gin that pushes the boundaries of tradition, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle.
The nose is packed full of fiery cinnamon and candied orange peel aromas, amongst a sweet vanilla, cardamom and clove backdrop. A deep and complex palate with mixed spice and vanilla intertwined with a light citrus freshness.
