La Violetta Das Sakrileg Riesling 2021
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the cooler climes of Mt. Barker and the Frankland River regions in WA. It spends 24 days on skins, with oxidative handling thrown in too.
The result is a wine full of savoury, nutty characters, coupled with kaffir lime and blossom notes over the top. Beautifully crisp and dry with plenty of prescence and drive.
