This is a big wine for special occasions. Made from 100% chardonnay grapes grown on Babylonstoren in the Franschhoek wine region of South Africa, this wine is matured in 50% new and 50% second-fill French oak barrels, giving it a classy, sleek structure. Expect hints of subtle citrus fruit softened with textured creaminess - ideal with creamy dishes, nuts or sushi. Ready to be enjoyed now, or in the next four to six years.
