These sites are found within the communes of Tracey-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain and Pouilly-sur-Loire. The estate's vines, aged between 10 and 40 years old, are planted at an average density of 6,600 vines per hectare, on the calcareous Kimmeridgian soils typical of the appellation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MuiTypography-root accordion_paragraphSection__v26kt MuiTypography-body1\"\u003eThe Pouilly-Fumé is fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks, before being lees aged for four months, adding texture and character to the finished wine.
