The unique core flavour comes from the Mallorcan juniper berries capturing the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. Almond flowers, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, create a delicate floral scent and sweetness. These unique botanicals along with our core ingredients enhance the depth of flavour that is layered through the gin and brings a rounded taste that is true to the island of Mallorca.
The nose is full of fresh pine, sticky orange and lavender-like floral notes. A bright and front centre palate with citrus layers from woody to sweet, complimented by honeyed floral touches.
