This wine presents pure and charming aromas, characterized by notes of citrus, peach and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it offers a pure expression with very subtle oak notes behind the refined citrus fruit. A touch of peach and apricot adds depth to the wine. Its robust structure is complemented by a touch of grapefruit character. Full of flavor, the wine offers a long and refined finish. 80% in stainless steel vats, 10% in new barrels, 10% in second-year barrels. The wines in barrels are turned three times a week during the first month after the completion of alcoholic fermentation. After that, only once a week for a further three months. The total time in barrels is therefore five months.
