Based in South Northamptonshire, Wharf Distillery is currently the only grain-to-glass operation in Northamptonshire, meaning they actually ferment raw ingredients on site to create an initial base alcohol.
Laurence, the Head Distiller, crafts new artisan spirits from a diverse range of local ingredients in their handmade Portuguese copper alembic pot stills.
Wharf make a wide range of products - from English Whisky, Gin, Rum and Brandy, as well as exotic blends and flavours of liqueurs and aperitifs.
