Château des Ferrages Mon Plaisir Côtes de Provence Rosé 2023
Lovely pale and crystalline appearance with bright, clear colour tones. The nose reveals red fruit with notes of white flowers, strawberry, peach, grapefruit and hawthorn. The palate is fresh, smooth and ethereal structure, with a deliciously fruity strawberry flavour on the finish.
This rosé is the result of direct pressing and stabulation on the fine lees. Fermentation is temperature controlled. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature (16-17°C).
Clay-limestone soils with varying amounts of sand. Shallow, well-draining soil. Parcels located in the villages of Pourcieux and Pourrières at the feet of Mount Aurélien and Mount Sainte-Victoire. Mediterranean climate.
