Sacred Peated English Whisky, 70cl
Sacred Peated English Whisky has aged in bourbon barrels before being cask-finishedin sherry hogsheads in London to add further layers of flavour development. The sherry casks are specifically old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain.
Nutty, rich flavours deliver a complex and deeply satisfying single malt. Log-fire smokiness combines with sea salt, dried pineapple, cloves, vanilla and Christmas cake.
